Trimble Access Version 2021.21

Trimble Access Version 2021.21 was recently issued.

This release addresses some major bugs that were recently found in Trimble Access.

The highlights are:

  • The data storage issue has been fixed. All customers running 2021.10 and above should upgrade to 2021.21 to avoid data loss issues. Customers who have 2021.10, 2021.11, or 2021.20 installed can upgrade regardless of warranty status.
  • Third party NTRIP caster authentication issues were fixed. This issue was mainly seen by our customers who use the HPRTK VRS service. Some RTK VRS providers use authentication methods that are somewhat antiquated. Trimble had to relax their security standards for these providers.
  • Total station radio connections on Android collectors are now more reliable.
  • Android to SX10/12 operation improvements were made.
  • LandXML improvements were made.

Some TSC5 users have recently seen this Android recovery screen. Trimble is aware of the issue and is working on it.
