Need to Measure Distances between points using your LM 80 without setting up your instrument point?

Using Trimble’s LM 80 (Version 5.x) you can measure between points without preforming your Set Up Instrument Point.

Go to the main screen of LM 80, tap on “Setup and Layout” and then “Measure Point to Point”

This can be a very handy feature for measuring between control points to make sure they are correct, or for determining distances between features on your site.
