Trimble GPS Pathfinder Office version 5.40 Update “001”

Trimble GPS Pathfinder Office® version 5.40 Update “001”, released December 4, 2012,  introduced support for the Trimble Positions™ ArcPad extension.

  1. **Note: that this update also improves Post Processing of GPS data files recorded on SiRF receivers such as Trimble Juno® 3, Juno S series, and Nomad® G series handhelds. In particular, rare occurrences of large errors in post processed positions shortly after connecting to the GNSS receiver have been improved.
  2. Depending on the settings of GPS Pathfinder Office this update should install automatically or the user may need to install it manually from the GPS Pathfinder Office software by selecting:

“Help / Check for new GPS Pathfinder Office updates now…” and follow the “Next, Next…..etc”  questions to then download and install the latest update package called “Correct update (PFO 5.40Update 001)“.
