Recently Terraflex/Insphere were reporting issues with overabundance of requests to the servers, this was causing the website not to load and data not to be synced across. Trimble has made server improvements to the issues being reported. One issue that is still arising is that many customers are using the old version of Insphere and the site is cached, not allowing the new site to come up.
To fix this issue, Please go into your browser settings (e.g. Clear Browsing Data (Chrome)) and delete your cached images and files, browsing history, download history and hosted app data. This will force the new page to load.
